Hypnosis
in the Park

An evening of nervous system regulation, connection, and hypnosis

Join us for a relaxing outdoor gathering exploring hypnosis through the lens of somatic awareness, co-regulation, and nervous system health.

Many of us spend our lives trying to fix anxiety, stress, insomnia, digestive issues, overthinking, or chronic tension. But what if these patterns are not signs that something is wrong with us, but intelligent adaptations that our bodies have learned over time?

Together, we’ll explore how fight, flight, freeze, and even the urge to constantly “fix” ourselves can be understood as survival responses—and how hypnosis can support greater flexibility, safety, and ease.

The evening will include:

• A short talk on stress, regulation, and the brain-body connection
• An introduction to hypnosis as a form of social learning and neuroplasticity
• A guided slow hypnosis experience inspired by somatic experiencing principles
• Time for reflection and questions

No previous experience with hypnosis or meditation is necessary. There is no pressure to “go under,” and you are always free to participate in whatever way feels comfortable.

Please bring:

  • A yoga mat or blanket
  • A pillow or cushion if desired
  • Water and a light layer for the evening

This is an educational and experiential gathering and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Thursday • 7:30 PM • July 23rd

Come as you are, and spend an evening learning that healing doesn’t always begin by trying harder—it can also begin by slowing down, noticing, and regulating together.

About the Facilitator

I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. My interest in hypnosis grew from my own journey through stress-related symptoms, health anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation, combined with a lifelong exposure to healthcare through my family of medical professionals. Today, I combine clinical hypnosis with principles of somatic awareness and nervous system regulation to create experiences that are gentle, practical, and grounded in current understandings of how people learn, adapt, and heal.
